Our design process combines technical expertise, product leadership, and first-hand knowledge of veterinary practice.

Pierre Bony

President, co-founder and CTO

Pierre leads CoreFactor’s architecture, technical direction, and product engineering. He focuses on building software that is reliable, maintainable, and ready to scale.

Estelle Gouache

Co-founder, domain and UX/UI lead

A practicing veterinarian, Estelle translates day-to-day clinical realities into concrete product decisions. She contributes to workflow design and participates in SNGTV’s IT working group.

Hugo Calmejane

Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer

Hugo works across product framing, consistency, and delivery. He connects user needs, functional architecture, and go-to-market execution.

CoreFactor is founded
The company is founded in Prémery with the ambition to build modern business software for the veterinary sector.
May 2024
Joining VillageByCA Nevers
CoreFactor joins the VillageByCA Nevers accelerator and receives dedicated support for the company’s structuring and development.
2025
French Tech Tremplin Incubation
A year of incubation supported by Les Docks Numériques, membership in the OVHcloud Startup Program, and support from Bpifrance strengthen CoreFactor’s technical and entrepreneurial foundations.
May 2025
SNGTV partnership begins
A first contract brings CoreFactor and SNGTV together to progressively modernize digital services and tools for veterinarians.
November 2025
Bpifrance innovation funding
CoreFactor receives €50,000 in grants through Bpifrance’s Aide à l’innovation programme to support its development and innovation work.
January 2026
CoreFactor exhibits at CES
The team presents its approach and VetCoreSolution in Las Vegas as part of the Bourgogne–Franche-Comté delegation.
May 2026
CoreFactor at the national GTV conference
CoreFactor presents VetCoreSolution at a dedicated stand and speaks with veterinary professionals about their workflows, field requirements, and the evolution of digital tools.

Business Awards nomination
Nominated in the young-business category, CoreFactor presents its project before the Nièvre Chamber of Commerce.

Virtual test clinic goes live
CoreFactor launches a virtual test clinic to showcase and demonstrate the first version of VetCoreSolution. This environment makes it easy to try the software’s main features using demonstration data, without changing any real data.

Based in Prémery, in France’s Nièvre department, CoreFactor is a member of French Tech Bourgogne–Franche-Comté.
